Ebay Shipping Policies and Information
We try to ship out items within 1-2 working days of your payment clearing, but in rare circumstances it may take up to 4 business days for us to ship. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via Ebay messaging about the delay and our estimated shipment date. We always try to package as many items together as possible into one box, to reduce our costs and pass these saving on to you.
All of our domestic shipments are sent insured, for your protection and ours. International shipments are insured if the value of the item(s) exceeds the indemnity coverage for USPS Priority Mail International. Current limits are based upon package weight. Please remember, once the package leaves us, we have no control over the care it will receive before it arrives to you, and cannot be responsible for it. For this reason, we are insuring all of our packages, cause it's a shame for good vinyl to get destroyed by careless postal workers.
All of our domestic parcels are shipped via USPS Media Mail, insured. Our current prices are $4 for the first item and $1 for each additional one. It usually takes about 2-4 days for items to arrive after we post them, but the USPS states a delivery window of 2-9 business days. Tracking information should be automatically mailed to you. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to send us a message via Ebay messages.
We utilize USPS Priority Mail International to ship all of our international parcels, with the exception of Canada, where we still ship via USPS First Class International (with the exception of large or high priced orders). Questions or concerns about shipping rates should be addressed to us via the Ebay message system before purchasing.
The USPS Priority Mail International service comes with indemnity coverage and the limits on such are based upon shipping weight. If the total package value exceeds the indemnity coverage limits, we will add insurance to your shipment to cover the total value. These additional costs will be included in your invoice. Please remember, double albums, and items with "extras" are heavier and will increase your shipping costs. Some sample rates to selected countries are shown below.
These prices DO NOT include any extra insurance costs, and are only an approximate value. Any questions or concerns about these costs should be sent to us via the Ebay message system before completing your transaction. Please request an invoice after making all of your purchases from us so that we may compute your costs and bill you accordingly. The final shipping costs will be found on your Ebay invoice.
